Yummy and Budget Friendly

When I make promises, I almost never break them.
At the beginning of this year I promised myself I would save more, eat at home more often and work on toning my body.
I can say I am keeping on track with those promises!

I spent a good part of this past weekend in my pajamas! Okay really, I sat around in them but I was a busy little bee pinning some delicious new recipes!
I LOVE my Pinterest boards and all the website has to offer. Are you addicted like I am? It is the source for everything!

I challenged myself this week to find all new recipes for two weeks worth of dinners. This may sound easy but staying within budget and finding some great recipes was a bit difficult but I managed to succeed!

If you love to try new things and love the idea of using around five ingredients or less then these recipes are for you!

Mexican Pizza

Honey Lime Chicken Skewers

Oven Fajitas

 Stuffed Pizza Rolls

Greek Salad

Cornbread Casserole

What yummy creations have you made lately??

  1. That cornbread casserole that you pinned is fabulous! Walker and I really loved it. Shay, over at Mix and Match Mama makes tons of delicious things, so if you like that recipe, check out her blog for more!

  2. Those all look yummy!! I need to get better about cooking. I may try your Fajita recipe. I have a Biggest Loser cookbook that I used quite a bit.

  3. I've set a goal for myself this year to be a better "house wife" if you will. I want to do more cooking healthy dinners and keeping the house clean. I've been pinning healthy dinner recipes left and right. The Honey Lime Chicken Skewers look amazing!! I tried clicking on the link and it took me to the pizza pin though. Can you email me the link to the right recipe. Pretty please :-)
